We are an early-stage food start-up based in Denmark creating protein-rich food alternatives based on mycelium. Mycelium is an alternative source of protein that is highly nutritious (rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals) and sustainable (the mycelium in products uses 6-10x less water, 5x less lend, and 25% less CO2 emissions per 1kg than e.g. 1 kg of soy). Our concept is focused on creating new product types within meat alternatives that fit into many different kinds of meals. We do this because we want to provide healthy, tasty, and sustainable food products to consumers and our mission is to empower equality through food because we believe that diverse people need diverse options.
