ODN Europe is a membership association for organisation development and design, throughout Europe and the UK. ODNE is a chapter of the Organisation Development Network (ODN) and both organisations exist to advance the field of OD, working with their members and stakeholders to build understanding, scholarship and practice in all aspects of people-focussed work in organisations.

ODNE offers opportunities for development, networking, scholarship and connection for our diverse membership, through individual and corporate memberships, a diverse programme of online and face to face events, and a network of regional groups.
