We are a Palo Alto-based Venture Capital firm that investments exclusively in Medical Devices. Within that space, we focus on devices and instruments that feature innovations around electrosurgical technologies like mono and bipolar RF, ultrasonic, laser, and other energy-based surgical systems, including surgical robotics. The application of such technologies in Therapeutics would also be within our mandate. We also invest in tools and systems that help surgeons detect diseases (diagnostics) and visualize the operative field. Finally, we also invest in technologies that help patients heal post-operatively, including port closure, wound management, tissue reinforcement, regeneration, and healing.
