Grace Health is the first women’s health platform designed for emerging markets and was founded in 2018 by Swedish entrepreneurs Estelle Westling and Thérèse Mannheimer. The app creates a safe environment for health information for women with low health literacy and low digital literacy. It has been awarded by Fast Company and Wired as the top innovations in the Nordics. The Grace Health platform has over 1.3 million registered users in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa and sold to Penda Health, one of Kenya's largest health care providers in November of 2023.
