Since its inception in 1975, EMO has stood for innovation, internationality, inspiration and the future of metalworking worldwide.



As the world's leading trade fair for production technology, it offers a unique platform in Hanover every two to four years under the motto "Innovate Manufacturing" for establishing international contacts, opening up new business opportunities and gaining a comprehensive overview of the global offerings in the industry.



Most recently, around 80,000 visitors from all over the world and more than 1,600 exhibitors took part in 2025 under the motto "Innovate Manufacturing".
