Decarbonizing Industry with Modular Plasma Pyrolysis with sustainable Hydrogen and Advanced Carbon Materials production with built-in AI-driven safety, ESG compliance, and carbon monetization capabilities for wide range of applications

Hypersonic Tech is a Climate tech (Deeptech) start-up, focusing on " Decarbonizing Industry with Modular Plasma Pyrolysis with sustainable Hydrogen and Advanced Carbon Materials production with built-in AI-driven safety, ESG compliance, and carbon monetization capabilities for wide range of applications”, i.e., Plasma pyrolysis of methane, natural gas and biogas into Hydrogen and carbon black. By adopting this cutting-edge plasma pyrolysis technology, positioning us at the forefront of the industry, driving innovation and setting new standards. Our decentralized model empowers industries to reduce emissions, monetize carbon credits, and transition toward net-zero operations. Conventional hydrogen generation, such as Steam Methane Reforming (SMR), emits 10 kg CO₂ per kg of hydrogen, while traditional carbon black synthesis releases 2.4 kg CO₂ per kg, exacerbating climate impact. Our plasma-driven process eliminates CO₂ emissions, providing a net-zero alternative for refineries, steel industries, and EV battery manufacturers. Efficient use of natural gas/methane and the dual production of hydrogen and carbon black minimize waste and enhance resource utilization. This contributes to the principles of a clean energy, climate action, responsible consumption, innovation and infrastructure, circular economy and sustainable industrial practices.
