H2Electro develops and manufactures high-temperature solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs) and stacks that enable highly efficient hydrogen and synthetic fuel production from steam and CO₂ through both steam electrolysis and co electrolysis.
In collaboration with researchers at the University of Tartu, we have developed a novel solution: a 100% ceramic cell, leveraging advanced materials, that offers substantially enhanced resilience to carbon deposition compared to conventional SOEC technologies.
This technological breakthrough enables H2Electro to capture CO₂ generated in industrial processes and directly convert it into syngas – a valuable chemical resource for sustainable fuel production.
