Ares Systems is building the next generation of electrolysers, engineered to make green hydrogen affordable, scalable, and truly Indian.



Born at IIT Ropar and supported by IIMA Ventures, iHub AWaDH, IIT Ropar, and IIEC Gandhinagar, Ares Systems is pioneering membrane-free electrolysis technology (AresTempoH₂™) that eliminates reliance on imported membranes and rare metals like platinum and iridium.



Aligned with the National Green Hydrogen Mission and the vision of Make in India, our patent-filed AresTempoH₂™ technology makes electrolysis simpler, safer, and up to 5× more cost-efficient than existing PEM or Alkaline systems.



Using abundant nickel-based proprietary electrodes, AresTempoH₂™ achieves >90% efficiency (<42 kWh/kg H₂); setting new benchmarks for indigenous, low-cost hydrogen production.



Our containerized and modular systems are designed for on-site, decentralized hydrogen generation, empowering sectors such as steel, fertilizers, cement, mobility, and energy to decarbonize affordably.
