Operators speak issues and observations into a phone, tablet, or desktop. CORTEXIO transcribes, translates, tags, and enriches entries with photos, files, part numbers, and costs, then writes everything into a centralized, semantically searchable knowledge base to prevent the loss of expertise. Every captured item automatically becomes a card on a digital Kanban board where supervisors assign and track tasks in real time, keeping work flowing without leaving the workstation.



When workers need answers, an AI Expert Chat returns precise, context-aware guidance directly from the company’s SOPs, historical fixes, and captured data, eliminating binder/wiki hunts and reducing downtime. Behind the scenes, industrial AI agents continuously categorize issues, detect trends and root causes, recommend countermeasures, and generate management reports. The platform automatically compiles ISO 9001 evidence and flags deviations early, cutting analysis workload and audit prep while maintaining compliance by default.



The result is faster capture (seconds instead of minutes), instant access to institutional knowledge, coordinated execution, and proactive, data-driven improvement.
