The CAS ETH ELTV is a part-time, one-year continuing education programme which develops expertise in bringing (deep) technological innovation to market and builds the leadership skills to manage challenges that come with it. Participants benefit from research-based education by ETH Zurich's world-leading faculty, peer learning in a vibrant cohort, and custom-tailored coaching aimed at building leadership capacity and at supporting the transition of ideas toward scalable & impactful projects.



Programme Highlights:

(1) Personal Development & Leadership - Our year-long leadership block supports participants in developing entrepreneurial leadership capabilities by addressing business challenges such as conflict management & resistances to change, and by revealing personal blind spots, pitfalls and areas for development necessary for any leader.

(2) Blended Learning & Knowledge - The CAS ELTV provides the latest insights on how to establish successful business strategies, set- and scale up an effective team, engage in entrepreneurial marketing and sales, structure funding, and how to build sustainable business models. Online materials are complemented by 5 in-depth on-campus workshops (5 * 2 days) led by ETH's world-leading faculty.

(3) Business Support & Coaching - Participants benefit from continuous custom-tailored business support guiding the transition of their ideas to scalable and impactful corporate or entrepreneurial projects.

(4) Social Study Trip & Networking - One week-long trip to explore an innovate hub and strengthen network through peer learning with like-minded participants, and interacting with ecosystem players.
