LICO Material, established in 2021, is a recycling and repurposing company dedicated to a sustainable lithium-ion battery circular economy. We focus on recovering critical materials like cobalt, manganese, nickel etc. enabling these resources to be repurposed and supplied back to battery manufacturers for a second life. LICO also produces repurposed energy storage systems for 2-W, 3-W and 4-W as a sustainable 2nd life solution to batteries. Our battery recycling & repurposing facility in Karnataka, India has a capacity of 17,500 tons with expansion plans of 44,000 tons by 2027.
