TRU engineers and construction experts leverage cutting-edge underwriting technology and unique data sources to provide responsive solutions to complex coverage requests for risks in the Course of Construction including: $150M per-risk capacity including $75M for single fire-site wood-frame, DIC's and Deductible Buy-Downs, All-Risk Primaries and Quota Share structures. TRU's appetite extends to projects of all sizes and scope. Backed by A.M. Best currently rated "A" (Excellent) insurers, TRU has the capability to offer policy terms of up to 60 months for superior construction projects, and up to 36 months for wood frame projects. Coverage capabilities include: Named Windstorm, Earth Movement (including sprinkler leakage), Flood in conjunction with Named Windstorm or Earth Movement, and a broad form including Soft Costs and Extra Expense.
