Best currently rated "A" (Excellent) insurers, TRU has the capability to offer policy terms of up to 60 months for superior construction projects, and up to 36 months for wood frame projects. Coverage capabilities include: Named Windstorm, Earth Movement (including sprinkler leakage), Flood in conjunction with Named Windstorm or Earth Movement, and a broad form including Soft Costs and Extra Expense.
